Call Recording failing to record first section of call

    Hi All,

    We seem to be having issues of the first part of the calling not being recorded. Setup is as follows;

    3 Ring groups:

    800 - Reception First
    801 - Second Group
    802 - Ring All

    Call Recording is on for all extensions. As it stands all our recordings begin from hold music and miss the first person who answered. It is regardless of which ring group the phone call is answered from. The rest of the call is complete.

    Any suggestions on where the issue may lay?
