Hi, I have a customer that is hearing static on their line, but it is at random times. Therefore, I turned on the call recording function on all of the extensions on the 3cx PABX. Version 7 I now can't seem to find the call recordings. As far as I am aware they are stored in the 3cx phone system\data\recordings folder. This folder doesn't exist on the server. Is there any way of finding the recordings? I have looked for .wav files, but cannot find anything. Any ideas. Thanks.
