    Hello!

For us it would be useful an option that allows you to decide whether recording .wav audio files should be recorded in mono or stereo (1 channel operator / 1 channel customer).

    Thanks you

Agreed! There are a number of integration options that this would enable. Currently automated processing of the wav file is near pointless because it's mono instead of dual channel.
We've looked at, and had to abandon a number of projects due to this.

In fact, go one step further... not just mono or stereo, but one channel per participant (so a 5-way conference could create a 5-channel WAV file).

We (an ASR/speech-to-text provider) would like to transcribe calls automatically with diarization (i.e. show who is speaking each line of text), we already support this for multi-channel WAVs...

Using Dual-Channel recording, transcription and keyword analysis is simple with each party’s audio separated into its own track. it's important functions for future I think.
