Call Recording not showing in console for non admin user

    Hello, I granted a user rights to "allow downloads of call recordings" for the 3CX Management Console. Whenever the user logs in the only option that show is Ext and Call Reports. How do I grant the user access the call recording?

    Hello @rudydm

    The option "allow downloads of call recordings" grants the user to call recordings through call reports. The user will have to generate a call report with the required calls and once the report is generated the user has the ability to download the recordings.
    For the user to be able to download recordings straight from the management console admin rights are required.
