Call Recording Path

    Hi,

    I tried to change the path of the call recordings from c:\document settings\all users\etc etc ... to something easier to manage, say Z: drive which is a network share mapped to Z:. This Z: Drive is shared for everyone and in windows explorer, I can create a new folder and do anything on the share.

    However, when calls are made, there are no recordings in there.

    Can someone guide me into how to troubleshoot this?

    By the way, I then went and created a c:\3cx folder and then changed the path again in the settings to the newly created folder. Still no go.

    The logs don't say anything. Can anyone help?

    Have your tried restaring the service? I don't know yet, still learning the ropes myself.
