Call recording rights

    Hi,
    the user documentations says : "Recording must be enabled by your administrator for your extension" ... but I'm desperately searching for this option in extension management.
    I checked options to "Show Call Recordings" and "Allow Deletion of Recordings", but there's no option to allow recording and the record button is always disabled on softphones !
    Can you please tell me how to allow recording for specific extensions ?

    Edit the Extension, within Options tab, click 'Record all calls' in the Options section

    Hello @Marc Delpont

    You will need to go to Management Console >> Extensions >> Select Extension(s) >> Edit >> Options Tab and select "Record All Calls"
