Call recording to D drive

    I have a new install going ahead next week which the customer wants call recording and as such we have installed a new hard drive to hold the data. How in the programming can i change where the calls are saved. It looks like i can only store them on the c drive.

    In 3CX v14 SP2 and up go to the "recordings" tab and at the top click the "Location" button. Set the recording path location to the D: drive.

    Cheers that worked, i'd heard that you can't change this but hadn't tried it until now.

    I believe in the hosted version you can't change it.

    You can't save to network drives.
