Call Recording Woes...

    We've followed the steps at this link. http://www.3cx.com/3cxphone/windows/manual/recording/

    Clicking the record button turns it blue and it seems to record but when you are done and click again to stop it will not stop, doesn't prompt to save to the pc, just keeps flashing blue endlessly.

    It's happening on each and every workstation so it isn't just something with one wonky PC. Anyone have any ideas?
