call recording

    Does the free edition allow for call recording.

    how long is the demo licence valid for...30 days..??

    Hi,

    The demo key is does not expire, it is a demo and the limitation is that it allows only two simulatanious calls. No G729.

    And where does all voice call recoding are saved?

    i want to set up 3CX such way that it records all inbound and outbound call on any gateway (PSTN, VOIP, Skype), how can i do this?

    Hi,

    These are saved to the default recording folder

    C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Recordings

    Also to record the way you want you must enable recording on all extensions.
