i turn on call recording for an extension and the calls are now choppy to the person on the 3CX system side, the remote can hear fine. The recording is fine, just live conversation locally is choppy. Look at CPU Usage on server, hovers right around 5%, network is under 2%.

I am using ver.9, the ext is linksys spa-3102 ATA.

    Thanks

    Hi,

There is a good change that since you are sending all audio to be processed by the PBX the machine is not fast enough to send the results in the phone causing Choppyness in your call. What are the specs of your machine.

i actually downgraded from Demo to free version and that fixed it. but as far as processes are all low, not using much resources at all.

    Hi,

You were probably using a featuer of the demo version sucha as call recording that was causing this. Hard to say without a set of backup logs of your PBX.
