Call Recording

    Presently the 3CX Pro License supports All Call recordings. However many customers would like the ability to record only the queue calls, but not the personal calls. Is the only way around this to give the customer 2 extensions?

    In 3CX, the call recording is by extension. If it is turned on for an extension - it would be for all calls involving that extension. This might be a disincentive for employees making personal calls on company time?
