Call Recordings not working

    I have upgraded to V15 from V14 and my call recordings stop working. I have a 2nd drive for the recordings and worked fine in V14 but now I do not get any recordings. I tried to changing the location to the default recording location and same results. I have the Pro version. Am I missing anything?

    Never mind I found the issue the quote was only set for 5 GB once I raised it started to record again took a while to see the update
