    Hi,

    we need the CDR attached on the E-Mail not only a Downloadlink.
    The Secretary is confused if she has to do something, this has to be all automatically.
    The .csv File has to be included in the Mail.
    So the best thing would be to make a check box, "Attach File" or "Send Download-Link".

    Hi,
    no the secretary has no access to the Management Console.
    The 3CX stands in the DMZ and nobody hast access from the internal Network to the DMZ.
    Also the Cisco Routers don´t know a Full-NAT. So no access to the Management Console from the internal NET is possible.

    I'm not sure what you are doing with the CDR files, but if you want to import the data into SQL Server or MySQL, then I encourage you to take a look at our 3CX Exporter which automatically processes the CDR files. If you REALLY need to email the CDR files for some other purpose, we could probably update our Exporter tool to email them to you.
