Call records from Postgres Database

    We managed to export the call records from the callhistory3 table from Postgres database. We plan to import these to our CRM and also run some custom management reports for our telemarketing & customer services. However, I wanted to ask how can we determine whether the call is answered by voicemail? There seems to no indication for this in the history table and it just shows the call as answered. For example, we want to be able to distinguish customer service calls answered by human vs voicemail.
