Call Reporter always hangs up

    Maybe I'm not waiting long enough but I figured with only 10 calls during the interval requested 5 minutes should be long enough. I've never used the report generator, so these have been test runs. Once I request the report the only way to cancel the request is through windows system manager. No reports.

    How do I troubleshoot?

    Hi,

    i have the same situation, untill now reporter was working well, from today it just hangs up (3cx v10)

    What web browser are you using? I do know einternet explorer causes delsays in the web gui and other tools for 3cx. I use Firefox and have never had any of those issues.

    I am having this issue on v10, via call reporter app. BTW abby is installed with v10

    Uninstalled v. 10 and installed v. 11. No problem running Reporter now.
