A few weeks back I posted a message about call reporter showing extensions being called
from outside lines as "anonymous".
The 3CX generated Patton 4114 config file omits a TO header which reports which line on
the gateway the call is coming from. With the header set up properly the "Anonymous" can be assigned
whatever label I want (I use 10000, 10001, etc).
My question still, is there a way to set the call reporter up so when a call comes in, say 555-1212
goes through the DR, then connects to extension 124 that the report log can show the extension
that was called from the incoming number ?
I've had a handful of other issues that I resolved but this one is still bugging me.
Thanks,
John
