Call Reporter - Call Center Reports

    We are running the professional edition and recently upgraded to Ver 10. Now I notice that most of the reports that we used to run are grouped under the heading "CALL CENTER REPORTS - Not Available in Free Version".

    I'm confused. Does this really mean not available unless we purchase the call center upgrade or do we just need to change some sort of configuration?

    Hi,
    In order to have access to call center features as reports and other stuff you have to upgrade to a license that contains the callcenter module.

    So it sounds like 3CX needs to update their software so the Call Center Reports section of Call Reporter reads "Only Available with the Call Center Upgrade".

    That's OK. I have installed the Postgres ODBC driver and am now able to produce all the reports I need.
