Call Reporter - No Results

    I have installed the Call Reporter on a remote machine and the 3cx Server. Everytime I connect to the database, I have no entries. There are no filters active and yes I have made plenty of calls. Am I missing something?

    Please ensure you have run the call history updater as specified in 3cx.com/support/call-history-updater.html - this link is no longer availble

    Also ensure if you are running the reports remotely, set this up as per the procedure mentioned on 3cx.com/support/3cx-call-reporter.html - this link is no longer available
