Call Reporting - Daily Trend (Queue)

    Hi Guys,

    Running V15 PRO, and the reporting seems very bland?
    I'm wanting to create a report that will give me daily queue stats in a tabular form BY DAY with totals (For the Period supplied) at the bottom?

    It seems my only options are said totals (above), or get someone to sit and run a daily report for each day required and manually capture this into excel?

    Daily Requirements are as follows; (Either export by week or by month)
    - Daily incoming calls
    - Number of answered calls
    - Number of abandoned calls
    - Average handling time
    - Average waiting

    I can't find a report that will do this for me...
