Call Reporting hangs

    All of a sudden today I can't produce any call reports, whatever report I chose, whatever date range it just comes up saying "retrieving data" and hangs there however long I leave it. In the end I have to End Task to close.

    I have tried restarting the system, but still the same.

    Are there any utilities I can run to check the data or try and see what the issue is?
