    Hi All,

    I need to be able to run a report each morning based on call data. At the moment, it's a manual job to open the call logger, run the report, export to CSV, put that file through a clean up tool then import it to MS SQL.

    It would be much easier for me to be able to access the data directly.

    I've seen other articles with user names and passwords, however I think these are for a much older version of 3CX.

    Any help welcome!

    C:\Program Files (x86)\3CX PhoneSystem\Bin\3CXPhoneSystem.ini
    Then find the line that says: dbPassword

    Here's some other info you may find useful.
    You will also need to change the Nic Config if you want to be able to access the database remotely, this is set to the default 127.0.0.1 loopback address to prevent anyone else from connecting to the PC.

    DBHost=localhost
    ConfPort=5485
    dbPassword=XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
    confNIC=127.0.0.1
    dbUser=phonesystem
    DBName=phonesystem
    DBPort=5480

    Many thanks for that!

    I can get access on the local machine, however any alterations to the settings cause problems.

    Still, I'm there now and get knock up a quick app to suck out what I need and push it through to SQL.

    Thanks for your help again, much appreciated.
