Call Reports - (Hourly) Detailed Queue Statistics

    Is there any other way I can extract an hourly detailed queue statistics summary.

    No option for hourly.

    Hello @Sinuswerte

    This is not possible for Detailed Queue Statistics. However many Reports have an Hour-by-Hour Time scale. This in combination with a daily generated report may give you the wanted result.
    Examples of reports with the per hour time scale are Average Queue waiting time, Queue Answered/unanswered calls etc.

    You can always build your own reports, and schedule them to run every hour. Take a look at our 3CX Exporter to get the data you need into SQL.
