Call Reports idea

    Is it possible to add a column for Abandoned or Unanswered calls in the Agents in Queue Statistics report. The reason I ask is because there is a % of Calls serviced which has to be calculated on the number of calls received minus the number of calls unanswered. It would just make sense to have all the data on the same report.
