Call reports - limit access

    Hello team,

    I would like to ask if its possible to provide a limit access to the call reports.
    For example i want a user to be able to generate reports only for his team. Not for all the extensions.

    Hello there,

    I am afraid that this is not possible at the moment. Once you provide the user with rights to create call reports then that user can create reports for all extensions.

    You can request for this feature by posting this in the ideas section of this forum and if it gets enough votes and it's technically possible it might be implemented.
