Call Reports not sending but welcome email is

    Hi There,

    My hosted server with 3cx hosted version 14. The issue I am having is that my email server settings are working correctly as all users on the hosted server / all instances can receive their welcome emails but they are not able to receive their calls reports.

    What could be a reason for this? Where can I look? Perhaps a service that is not functioning correctly?
