Call Reports Questions

    Hi All,
    Is there a way to design your own call reports? I've been all over the forums and read through the manuals and very little is mentioned about the call reports.

    A potential client likes the 3CX system, but the call reports are bit lacking. I really want to close this deal its a pretty large sale. It's 70 extensions system in a health care facility. It has all the features and it looks like we are low bid, but the client wants better call reports.

    Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.
