Call Reports Webclient

    Hi,

    we got a 3CX installation in a hotel and we would like to give the frontdesk users the option to download the call reports.

    They always have the webclient running on their screen, but Call Reports is not available from the webclient.
    So the frontdesk people have to login again into the management console to get to Call Reports.

    Is it possible to give users access to Call Reports in the webclient?

    Do you mean for creating reports or just seeing already generated reports?
    If you just want them to see the reports, just add their email address separated by commas and they all will receive them.
    If you want them to be able to create reports, then unfortunately this is not possible. Users will need to access the management console in order to generate reports, considered that they have this right in their extension settings.
    You can post this however as a feature request in the Ideas part of the forum here https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ in order to be considered for implementation.
