Call Reports

    Does anyone know if you can stop the call reports within 3CX from including in their totals - for outgoing calls - the length of time the call rang for?

    For example, if I'm calling someone and the phone rang for 30 seconds and we spoke for 2 minutes, then on the reports (and even within 3CX Phone itself) it shows a total talking time of 2 minutes 30 seconds, even though 30 seconds of that was the phone ringing.

    It's a bit misleading. :O

    Keep in mind that that would be different for someone using VoIP trunking, where answer supervision may be provided, and someone using a PSTN gateway where it probably isn't.
