    We are trying to create a report like the Graphed Queue of Answered/Unanwsered calls using an Hour by hour but over a period for last Month or last 30 days not just a single day. Even if this consist of 30 charts in a single document. We are trying to document what the call flow is like between 9 am - 11 am to see if additional staff is required for that period of time. For example 9-10, 10- 11, etc through out the day over multiple days.
