Call Reports_Senario

    Hi Guys,

    Anyone know what happens to the call reports in the following scenario?

    Call comes in and person 1 answers.
    Person 1 transfers call to Person 2.

    Where does the call markup go?
    Is it Person 1, Person 2 or both?
    The problem is doing a report on extension statistics and then if it does not include the transferred calls then it becomes unbalanced....
