Call routing not working correctly

    I have a random issue that only happens rarely.

    Every now and then a call is routed to the wrong extension.

    I have different clients on different trunks and sometimes the inbound call goes to the wrong extension (client).

    Does this happen to anyone else?

    And what is the solution?

    Hello @adam_ylo

    As a first step i would review the inbound rules and extension forwarding rules. Also, Activity Log in Verbose Mode will show you how the call is routed and what rules were used by PBX.
