Call Screen read out Recorded Name

    For screen calls, is there a way for the caller to hear the recorded name instead of the users Extension number?

    For example: The caller hears - "Pronounce name after the signal and press any button". The caller then says their name. After that it says p"Please wait while we locate 101 (Extension number)". We would rather have it say the user name..

    Is that possible?

    I am afraid that this behaviour is hard-coded in the PBX and cannot be changed. You can however post this as a feature request in the Ideas section of the forum where it can be upvoted by other users and evaluated by the appropriate department.
