Call screening not working

    I am trying to do the following tasks with Call Screening:

    A customer dials into the main line of a company and is presented with a Digital Recptionist. There are prompts such as "press 1 for sales" etc.. When they press "1" is rings the Sales Ring Group. Each person in the Sales Ring Group has Call Screening turned on. However it does not work.

    As of now the following are true:

    1. If someone dials in and dials the extension directly, Call Screening does not work.
    2. If someone dials the ring group and someone picks up, Call Screening does not work.
    3. If one extension dials another, Call Screening does not work.

    Call Screening is used for Dial by Name

    You need to enable Call by Name in the Digital Recptionist

    Call By Name
    You can also direct callers to the dial by name function. This allows them to find the person they
    wish to speak to by entering the first letters of the persons name on the phone dial pad. The call by
    name function requires:

    1. A self-identification message for the user. Users without a self-identification message are
    not accessible via the call-by-name feature.

    2. User can not have a last name with Unicode characters

    3. The Call-by-name menu feature must be activated from a Digital Receptionist as an
