Call Screening / Rebound on desk phone

    Currently 3CX version 11 only allows you to enable Call Screening / Rebound for calls that are forwarded to an outside line. Is there any workarounds to get this feature to work on your regular extension?

    The goal is when someone from outside the office dials my extension I want the system to ask for the name of the caller and give me the option to accept the call or reject it. rejecting the call should send the call to my voicemail.

    It's not a normal feature...but you might be able to get it to work for you. You could do some testing using call forwarding to a number that tales a trunk out, then back into the PBX (I'll try to dig up a link on how to set that up). You might have to arrange that the original call is first sent to a dummy (non registered extension), rather than your real extension number.
