Call Sound Volume

    Hi,

    We have a bit of an odd issue, in that calls are extremely quiet, the physical phones (Cisco SPA50's) are turned up full, but calls are still very quiet.

    Is there a way of 'centrally' turning up the volume on calls?

    Is this happening on internal calls also? i.e. Cisco --> Cisco?

    You dont have PBX Delivers audio set for the extension do you?

    Hi,

    If the problem is coming for calls from a gateway more ofthen then not here are option to increase the audio coming in, a wireshark caputure may help you to realise where the low audio is coming from so that you can eliminate multiple possibilitys.
