Call Statistics From Log Reporter

    I have 3 queues that feed into 1 ring group. The 3 queues show a total of 7 calls while the ring group shows 11... many (if not all) of the 7 calls were answered while in queue before they made it to the ring group. How do the numbers add up in the 3CX Log Reporter? Are their statistical errors?
