Call Statistics report - results don't look correct.

    Got a strange one, seem to be having issues with the accuracy of the data from call reporter.

    when running a call statistics report for 20 Oct 2010 is shows 81 calls for a particular extension. the person at that extension was not in the office on that day and took no calls...

    can anyone explain why it would be reporting calls if none were taken/made?
