Call Statistics report.

    Hi.

    How do you get “Calls” column values in Call Statistics report?
    In Calls Statistics’ Calls Filter I’ve selected
    Period=From: ’date1’ to: ‘date2’;
    Source=’extNumber’
    Destination =’Any’
    Calls =’All’
    After which the value of “Calls” column I’ve gotten 33 calls. But If I wrote following query
    SELECT COUNT (*)
    FROM callhistory3
    WHERE (callerid=' extNumber ' or from_no = 'extNumber ' or to_no = 'extNumber ' or dialednumber = 'extNumber ') and endtime >= ‘date1’ and starttime <= 'date2'
    I don’t get 33 calls.
    Question: What is wrong in my query?
