call to PBX no audio

    Hi,

    I'm new here!
    And I need some help.
    I have setup the 3cx PBX V10+sp1.
    The server is standing inside DMZ zone.
    On the Firewall I have forwarded tcp and udp port from port 4000-2000.
    I have configured one voip provider. (3StarsNet)
    And one extension (101) what is connect with a Grandstream (HT503) to my network.

    When I call with my mobile to my 3Starsnet number. It's ring
    And I can speak an listen on the phone what is connected to my system perfect.
    But on my mobile I can't hear nothing.

    What I need to do...?
    Please help

    It' not port 4000-2000 but
    4000-20000

    Hi, from the 3CX Console, can you go to >> Settings / Firewall Checker and run it and post the output back here for us to look at?
