Solved Call to Twillio fails

    I got inbound calls to work, outbound throws these logs:

    04/04/2018 3:39:35 PM - Exception: ParseException ../../rutil/ParseBuffer.hxx:230, Parse failed unexpected eof in context: 6504894546 ^ @ ../../rutil/ParseBuffer.hxx:230

    And

    04/04/2018 3:39:35 PM - Call to T:Line:10000>>+16504894546@[Dev:sip:10000@udll01.pstn.us1.twilio.com:5060] from L:14.1[Extn:00] failed, cause: Cause: 403 Forbidden/INVITE from 54.172.60.0:5060

    Note that the IP shown is Twilio's Gateway in Virginia.

    Here's what I've done:
    1. Create E164 Outbound rules as per: https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/outbound-calls-not-working-twilio.54708/

    2. Turned off E164 in the Settings Area

    3. In Twilio, I have Access control list set with the ISP supplied IP. Also have Credentials list with the username / password of the 3CX system set.
    How can I solve this?

    I got this to work by removing the Credentials list and retesting. Calling was successful.
