Call Transfer Dropped

    I have a client with 10 users of which 3 are remote, those three users have problems at times when transferring calls over the WAN. The transfered calls will sometimes drop, though only when the user transferes from the handset, or 3cx softphone. When they use either in conjunction with 3cx MyPhone to transfer all go through 100% of the time. Has any one else experienced this? I read a post where someone had a similar issue when remote extensions dialing out but none that related to transferring over the WAN. Thanks in advance
