Call Transfer Logging?

    Hi Guys,

    Just want to ask if there is anyone who can explain how 3CX handles a Call Transfer Logging?

    Here is my scenario
    1. A caller(external) calls Digital Receptionist
    2. Answered by an extension (A) then
    3. extenstion (A) Transfer the call to another extension (B)

    My question is this, can we trace all this call from caller(external) to extension (A) to extension (B) based on call logs?
    I'm trying to do my own data mining since 3CX reporting doesn't give us enough details that we want and it is also required here in my workplace.
