Call Transfer need to improve

    Right now the calls getting transferred blindly with out confirm whether the end user is physically avail on desk. This is good at certain scenarios but in some case the client calls get dropped if the end user not there on the desk and they may have to contact back couple of times.

    So if there is an option in transfer er to check the physical presence by talking to them and connect the line would good I think. Like in traditional PBX system

    Search in the manual for Attended Transfer.
