Call transfer - SNOM 3X0 / SNOM 7X0

    Hi Guys,

    We have succesfully installed and programmed 3CX on our Windows 2008 r2 Server.
    All good so far exept call transfers.

    We work with SNOM 300's, SNOM 320's and SNOM 720's.
    When we follow the guide provided on http://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/blind-attended-transfer-snom/ we can transfer the call buth the call allways stays "active" on the Phone that answers the Original call.

    When we hang up the directed call will be broken after about a minute.

    Could you please help us with how to transfer calls?

    do you mean attended or unattended transfer?

    Hi Tom,

    We have it with both transfer types.
    The call comes through but stays active on LINE1 on the primary Phone.

    With our previous PBX we didn't have this problem (PBXnSIP).

    For attended Transfer try this:

    - answer the call
    - put the caller on hold
    - dial the EXT of colleague
    - "double click" on Transfer

    Hi Thom,

    We already tried the above, as we Always used this kind of transfer on our previous PBX.
    We can transfer buth the call stays active on primary Phone, while the call is active on the forwarded EXT.

    After about 45s to 1 minute the call gets broken on the forwarded EXT.

    How to transfer on SNOM without the call staying "active" on the first Phone?

    I had this problem too, but it was solved after using newest firmware (8.7.3.19) and newest provisioning Templates (3CX v11).
