Call Transfer work for certain extensions

Hi there

I have a weird problem at one of my clients and hopefully someone can give me some insight to why and how I can fix it...

All the phones are Yealink T20 or T22 phones. When I call them, ext 16 (T20) answers she can transfer me to ext 12 (T22) without a problem, but if ext 13 (T20) or ext 11 (T22) and they try transfer me to ext 12 it doesnt transfer, i get hold music and then the connection ends. But if ext 13 or 11 transfer me to ext 16, i am able to be transferred and then ext 16 can transfer me to ext 12. I know this might sound a little confusing but this is what makes it so weird. Why would only extension 16 be able to transfer calls to 12 and not the others???

Typical Murhpy's law, when you want to test the problem never happens. I have tried testing this morning and it worked but i will still post the log file, maybe there is something else... I will test again just now and hopefully the problem will occur again.

Who had recommended you to change advanced settings of the "Voip provider"? (see "3CX management console". Tab "Advanced" on the configuration page of "Voip provider")
Supports re-Invites must be OFF
Supports 'Replaces' must be OFF
PBX delivers audio should be ON

I made the changes that your requested and the attended transfer worked, in the code that will be the 1st call i made, the blind transfer did not work, that was my second call. So we are defintely getting somewhere. Do i need to change all the extensions to the settings that you suggested?

That phone is a Planet VIP-254T/PT phone. There are 2 Planet phones and the rest are yealinks.

Do you think that these phones are causing the problem?

Yes, I think Planet phones are not compatible with 3CX PhoneSystem.

Configure Yealink phones using provisioning feature of 3CX Management Console. It will resolve problem.
P.S. or open web interface of Yealink phone and disable option named "Semi-Attendant Transfer". (see. Phone/Features)
