Call/VM volume WAY too low

    I have a problem with this soft phone. When I receive calls or try to listen to VM. The sound volume is way too low.

    Just to clarify we are only talking about the call volume or the voicemail recording. The button presses and autoattendant voice is normal.

    The big problem with this is that in order for me to hear the call/vm I have to turn the volume way up on my speaker nob (like literally 5 out of 10). Normally I listen to music at 2 or 10.

    So then when the VM finishes the dial tone or the auto attendant totally blasts my ears.

    All of my sound mixers in XP are at max.

    I have listened to VM from our cisco spa504 and the call volume and auto attendant voice are pretty much the same, so this leads me to believe it is a problem with the 3cx soft phone. 3cx has limited settings and the sliders are all the way to the right.
