Call waiting not working on ring groups

    Hi All

    I have the issue that 5 of us at work are in a ring group. When one of us is on the phone the individuual is not alerted to another call that is coming in and has no visibility as to who it is. Short of park the current call and press pick up blindly we have no option but to miss the call or run to another desk within the ring group (not ideal).

    I have found a solution on a forum post form 2010 but i believe the interface has changed since then so instructions dont follow but i have attached an image of them so hopefully someone can point me in correct direction to sort the issue.

    What you could do in the meantime, is to add a second linekey to the set, that is also a member of that ring group. If the user wants to put the current caller on hold, they can then take the second call.
