Callback keeps getting dropped

    I have been trying to get the callback feature working and haven't been able to. When I press 2 for a callback it reads my number back to me but with prefix 001. when I go to initiate the callback by picking up the phone and waiting for it to ring, the phone just hangs up

    Hello @Kevin Burns,

    Have you configured an outbound rule that allows calls with prefix 001? Also, if your number is American, in Settings > Security > Allowed Country codes, is North America selected as an allowed country? In addition, in the E164 Processing tab, what prefix is in the International Dial Code?
