    I have a problem with the callback function. I would like the system to reconnect if my transfer does not answer. I have the following configuration.
    Connections receive three receptionists and transfer to departments. Numbers 2000, 2001, 2002. It happens that nobody in the department not pick up call. In this moment the connection should return. Often the reception is busy when the call wants to come back, if this happens I wanted the connection wait but not disconnected. In addition, I want the connection call back to the person who transferred it and showed who not pick up it. For example:
    incoming call 61555 55 55. Receives Reception number 2000. Transfers to 4000 but nobody pick up call. Call returns to 2000 number and shows who did not answer so the number 2000 will see: calling from 4000 from 61 555 55 55. If at the moment number 2000 is busy then the call is waiting
    (it is not forwarded somewhere else). It is necessary that the reception saw who call back (4000) and who called 61 555 55 55.


    In sum:
    The call must return to the number which forward it and must have information : Calls from 61 555 55 55 come back from 4000.

    It would be nice if there was a brief period for the person that leaves the call back to say their name (as well), so if they leave a central number to the receptionist, we know who to be forwarded to (or paged) when we call that number.
