callback to user

    Hi,

    when the system calls you to start a callback, the system doesn't keep the wrap up time in mind (I really don't know how to say it better :-()

    Exemple:
    if you end a call, the system calls you to start a callback. We have a wrap up time of 30 seconds. But the systems calls you immedialty.

    Is this a bug or can we change that?

    We have the same issue. The callbacks needs to respect the wrapup time the same way as queue calls do. Please fix this.
